The Scout Cabin, located at next to City Park, can be rented Thursday thru Saturday at the rate of $25 per session.
Hours for rental are as follows:
8:00 a.m. to 12 noon
1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
It is reserved on a "first come, first served" basis and is non-refundable. Interested parties need to inquire several months in advance for availability.

Collins Park Facilities Rental Hours / Fees
Collins Park, located behind Collins Middle School, has two pavilions that are available for reservations Monday thru Sunday at the rate of $20 per session. Hours for rentals are as follows:
8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
3:00 p.m. to dusk (closing of park)
There is a separate $10 bathroom key deposit which is returned to you when key is returned.
Water is turned off and bathrooms are unavailable from the middle of October until spring.
YARD SALE PERMITS
No person shall conduct a garage or rummage sale in the City without first obtaining a permit to do so. The fee for the permit is five dollars ($5.00) for one to two days, and ten dollars ($10.00) for three to four days. Permits may be obtained at City Hall. Permits shall be issued to one person / address twice in a 12 month period. Yard sales are not permitted on Sundays. When applying for a permit the exact street location is needed.
THE FIRST FRIDAY & SATURDAY IN JUNE HAS BEEN DESIGNATED AS FREE YARD SALE DAYS - NO PERMIT IS NEEDED FOR THESE TWO DAYS.
Schedule of Meetings
The Oak Hill City Council meetings are held the second Monday of each month at
7:30 P.M. unless otherwise posted. There is a Finance Committee meeting at 6:300 P.M. prior to regularly scheduled council meetings.
The Oak Hill Sanitary Board meets the third Wednesday of each month at 10:00 A.M.
All other meetings are held on an "as needed" basis.
Normal business hours for City Hall are Monday thru Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The Oak Hill Annual Christmas Parade wil be held Saturday, December 5, 2009 at 11:00 a.m.
To obtain an entry form call City Hall at 304-469-9541 or click on the link below. Please return all entry forms to Damita Johnson to the address listed on the form no later than Wednesday, December 2, 2009.
